While AzureAD seems to be required for many setups, some need an empty
domain (or maybe a different all together?)
So only provide a sane default and allow user override.

da08eb3d75 [client,x11] fix missing prototype

0bf32a4a1a [client,x11] ignore floatbar events 
If a button press happens on the floatbar ignore it and do not send it
to the remote.
For ButtonRelease and MotionEvent this is not done.
