* fix bogus date in %changelog
* add/extend %if conditions for %{rhel}
* disable wayland on rhel <= 7
* enable GSSAPI and add krb5-devel build dep
* don't add provides information for libs of this package
  to prevent messing with packages depending on libs
  provided by system freerdp packages
