Eloston	b970d277d8	Add optional patches_outdated key to bundlemeta.ini ... This is used by validate_patches.py to ignore bundles that are known to be outdated, allowing the patch validation status check to signify if the updated bundles have any regressions (or the outdated bundles were updated, but the bundlemeta wasn't fixed).	2018-08-29 12:06:35 -07:00
