lang: updated Korean translation (#1603)

* Update Korean translation

Corrected translation errors, ambiguous or confusing expressions, and completed translation of untranslated strings.

* Update README.md

For adding contributions and update language name from "Korean" to "한국어" (which means "Korean" in Korean language)
