With 19812661f1, we make sure at runtime
in the stub itself that SizeOfImage from the Linux EFISTUB PE binary is
taken into account, so there's no need to take this into account in ukify
itself. By reverting the ukify change, we again ensure that Misc_VirtualSize
reflects the actual size of the Linux EFISTUB PE binary in the .linux section
which lots of tooling depends on. It also makes sure we don't measure a bunch
of extra zeroes in the stub which should fix systemd-pcrlock measurements as
well.
This effectively reverts 2188c759f9 and
0005411352.

UKIs can be used to bundle uefi firmwares that can be measured and
used on a confidential computing environment. There can be more than one
firmware blob bundle, each one for a specific platform. Also firmware images
can themselves be containers like IGVM files that can in turn bundle the
actual firmware blob. This change is specifically for uefi firmwares, not
IGVM container files.
This change adds support to introduce a .efifw section in UKI that can be
used for firmware blobs/images. There can be multiple such sections and each
section can contain a single firmware image.
The matching .hwids entry for a specific platform can be used to select the
most appropriate firmware blob.
ukify tool has been also changed to support addition of a firmware image
in UKI.
Since firmware gets measured automatically, we do not need to measure it
separately as a part of the UKI.
When doing offline signing we need to know the exact payload
to sign, and the 'calculate' verb doesn't really show that, it
shows the PCR values. But what we sign is the hash of the policy.
So add a new verb that outputs the json payload that goes in the
.pcrsig section, without the .sig object, so that we can take them
and give the .pol object to an offline and asynchronous signing
service, such as SUSE's Open Build Service, and then add the .sig
object to the json and attach it to a UKI.
Commit 630cf4e7da introduced `.dtbauto`,
but since it's before `.hwdids` commit 4c0b7f4250
made `dtbauto` the last argument whereas it should have been `hwdids`.
Otherwise the code was measuring the content of hwdids into dtbauto
section and vice-versa.
Found this while adding the new `dtbauto` and `.hwdids` fields in the go
implementation of `sd-measure` at
https://github.com/siderolabs/talos/blob/main/internal/pkg/secureboot/measure/measure.go.

This new field allows specification of an fd on which the password
prompt logic will look for POLLHUP events for, and if seen will abort
the query.
The usecase for this is that when we query for a pw on behalf of a
Varlink client we can abort the query automatically if the client dies.
Let's gather generic key/certificate operations in a new tool
systemd-keyutil instead of spreading them across various special
purpose tools.

This verb writes a public key to stdout extracted from either a public key
path, from a certificate (path or provider) or from a private key (path,
engine, provider). We'll use this in ukify to get rid of the use of the
python cryptography module to convert a private key or certificate to a
public key.
This allows loading the X.509 certificate from an OpenSSL provider
instead of a file system path. This allows loading certficates directly
from hardware tokens instead of having to export them to a file on
disk first.
We have other subdirectories with just a single C file. And I expect
that systemd-measure will only grow over time, adding new functionality.
It's nicer to give its own subdirectory to maintain consistent structure.
