Yu Watanabe a27588d4e7 network: dhcp-pd: rename [DHCPv6PrefixDelegation] -> [DHCPPrefixDelegation] ...

This just changes the names of settings, variables, functions, files, and so on.
No functionality is changed.

Preparation for supporting 6rd.
