Evgeny Vereshchagin de6fae8a6e man: systemd-run: run bash with --send-sighup

When bash is interactive it ignores SIGTERM.
SIGHUP indicates to bash that the connection has been
severed. `systemctl stop` doesn't wait TimeoutStopSec secs.
